Before tomorrow night I must: Fit it ALL into the airline restrictions on size and weight, follow the TSA guidelines for liquids, sharp object and explosives - darn it! Don't over pack, that's just hassle dragging it everywhere, not to mention the annoying remarks from the other half. Don't under pack, to me that's the biggest fear - good grief what happens if I forget my... And make sure you have enough stimulating games, toys and snacks for the kids - for the ride to Charlotte (1.2 hours), the airplane (3.5 hours) and the bus to the resort (2 hours). So, let's see, that's 6.7 hours of keeping the strapped down kids occupied while following all the rules... hold while head spins...
Hopefully it will all be worth it when I am sitting on the beach, drinking a "free" tequila sunrise and watching my kids play in complete and total bliss!
Note to self: DON'T FORGET PASSPORT!!!!
